Membrship Questions

Absolutely! Right now, the Theatre Club operates in London and the Gold Club operates in New York City. When you join the Theatre Club, you have the opportunity to set up a "cross-membership" in NYC at no extra cost. To begin, please contact your Theatre Club representative via [email protected] and they will begin the process of setting you up with that complimentary membership. Please note that you will need to include your credit/debit card information for reservation fees. Your complimentary membership will last for 90 days (annual members) or 30 days (monthly members) and follow the same time frame and restrictions as that of your home club.
Membership in The Theatre Club entitles you to reserve tickets to any of the shows listed at special member prices for as long as supplies last. You choose the date and time from the available list, and with a few clicks, your reservation will be made and your seats will be waiting for you. It’s that easy. (Be sure to follow any specific instructions for the theatre or venue. These instructions will be on the detail page of each show and on your confirmation.)
Membership plans start a £30 per year or £3.50 per month. Most shows have an exclusive member rate so membership often pays for itself with a single booking!
The Theatre Club has something for everyone: comedies, musicals, plays, opera and much, much more! In the past, many shows that have been listed on the Theatre Club have won prestigious theatre awards. Some of our past shows have included: Wicked, Pretty Woman: The Musical, Disney's Frozen, Les Miserables, Hairspray, Leopoldstadt, War Horse, Life of Pi, Dear Evan Hansen, 9 to 5 the Musical, Heathers, SIX and many more!
Our show listings are updated throughout the day as new ticket inventory becomes available. Look out for new features that will allow you to keep informed on our ever-changing offerings. We get this question all the time! Producers of shows view the Theatre Club as a great marketing vehicle where they can showcase their production to tastemakers like you. By making these offers available to a limited and exclusive group of people, a production can generate “buzz” and develop word-of-mouth without compromising the sale of full price tickets. So if you see a show that you like, make sure to tell your friends and family about it! Some shows may ask that you fill out a brief survey after viewing a Theatre Club offering.
Once you’ve selected your show, date, time and number of tickets and confirmed your order, you’ll receive an online confirmation, closer to the date of your booking you'll receive your e-tickets via email that need to be presented at the theatre upon entry. You can always return to your account to view your upcoming and past reservations, and reprint your e-tickets if necessary. The process may differ for some events, so please take note of any special instructions both on the website and your voucher.
Your membership entitles you to see as many shows as you’d like. Each plan has different ticket quantity limitations. You may generally see any show offered at least once per year at these special prices. (Some shows may have different limitations.) The number of tickets you may purchase per performance may vary.
Our arrangements with shows’ producers allow us to reveal show listings to paid members only. Great shows are available in the Theatre Club daily and you may find that you can surprise yourself or someone else with an unexpected treat more often than you think!
This option may be available on a limited basis depending on the show and date. If it is available, your reservation form will reflect the option to buy more tickets than your plan generally allows.
